In 2016, we invested in the establishment of a new plant in the promotion project of the local Government in Jiangsu province. The new plant located in Nantong city,Jiangsu province, specializing in the development and production of high-quality metals, alloys, spraying type targets, used in LOW-E glass, Solar , semiconductors, flat display and other industries.

The factory has 14 spraying production lines, including 4 complete sets of German-imported plasma spraying equipment, two gas-shielded coating machines, with the Spraying targets production capacity of 6,000 pieces per year,including Si target, SiAl、SiZr、TiOx、Nb2Ox、ZrOx、Cr spraying targets, etc.

Our self-developed gas-shielded coating device significantly reduces the oxygen content in the target material.

There are also casting production line and melting production line for Sputtering targets like ZnAl, ZnSn, Sn, In, NiCr, Nb, Ti, Zr, NiV, etc. Production capacity of 500 pieces per year.

In future, we plan to establish a new factory in Hebei Province to focus on production of new materials to improve needs in a wider range of fields with higher requirements.
