How to work with us

  1. The order would be confirmed by email with signature , Billing & Shipping address, consignee and contact number.
  2. Order information should have basic information of Product Name, quantity and amount. To all the alloy or compound targets, customer should indicate the proportion is by Atomic ratio(at%) or Weight ratio(wt%) in the order.
  3. Payment Method: T/T, L/C, Personel Card, Paypal, Western Union, etc.
  4. Shipping Method: If customer won't provide shipping account or shipping method, we use DHL, UPS, FedEx, SF express, EMS , TNT account for orders weight less than 200kg;  Above 200kg, we use Air cargo and ship cargo as usual.
  5. Quanlity commitment: We give each customer 30 days after receipt of goods from us, to have a quality feedback valid date. Exceed this date, all orders are allowed for refund or replacement if the order quality is not follow the purity, size, proportion,density by customer required.
